What is a dental membership?

Not all dental memberships are discount plans. A dental membership is a program local dentists create to provide a baseline for everyone’s oral health. Most packages include cleanings, exams, x-rays, fluoride, and maybe discounts on additional services. These plans give your patients everything they need for routine care at a cost. This may sound foreign, but dental offices have offered these plans to patients for decades.

What makes Empower different?

We don’t tell you what to charge.

We don’t tell you what services to offer.

Do I have to participate in a plan to see this patient?

We never want to stand between a patient and a practice. We hope you see the value in utilizing our plan. We have team members available to fully explain what you’re gaining by setting up a membership plan.

If you don’t accept an Empower DDS membership plan, this patient won’t receive the subsidy from their employer. Please advise the patient that they won’t be able to use their subsidy when visiting your office.
